About Robert E. Morton
Robert E. Morton represents businesses, entrepreneurs and investors, professionals and skilled workers, entertainers, athletes, and families in immigration matters before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of State. Robert previously headed the U.S. immigration practice of a London-based global immigration firm, practiced with corporate immigration firms in San Diego and San Francisco, and headed a boutique immigration firm in Los Angeles.
Robert earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Robert is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, is licensed to practice law in California, and has been admitted to the U.S. District Court (Central District of California) and the U.S. Court of Appeal, 9th Circuit.
